Recruitment Consultant - Professional Services - York

c. £25k basic (neg.) Superb uncapped bonus 23 days holiday + stats Benefits Company * A leading multi-site recruitment business with strategically placed offices around the Yorkshire area * Specialist across generalist and professional disciplines * Friendly, down to earth, and relaxed working environment but still keeping that professional edge Position * Experienced Perms Consultant is required to help strengthen their York office  * Full 360 role specialising in Perms placing disciplines at all levels across many departments including - Procurement, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance  etc.... * You will be placing core contingency business with salary levels from £18k-£30k+ * Will report into the Branch Manager who has enjoyed a long and stable career within recruitment * Looking for the successful candidate to grow business and develop your desk by securing new business, whilst ensuring existing client's are well serviced and maintained Requirement * Ideally a minimum 12-18 months PERM recruitment experience and have placed from Junior to Senior Management level * You will be articulate, enthusiastic and able to sell at all levels * A self starter with the desire to progress their career, demonstrate good sales and be consistent biller * An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team * React in a targeted environment
